Law Day 2026- Opening the Doors of Justice

Join us for Law Day 2026, a one-day in-person and virtual event on Saturday, May 2, 2026 dedicated to the area of law in which Arizona residents can receive free legal services from the legal community. 

The in-person Phoenix event will be available at the State Bar of Arizona, 4201 N 24th St, Phoenix, AZ 85016 from 10:00 am to 4:00pm

(Last appointment available is at 2:30pm)

The in-person Tucson event will be at the Tucson Mall, 4500 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705 (JC Penney court near FYE and Old Navy - just off center court).

Services available vary by location.

Phoenix- Registration is required for:

• Legal Consultations- 30-minute one on one legal consultations in the areas of:

Family (child custody, child support, divorce, parenting time)
Estate Planning
Employment Law
Immigration
Bankruptcy/Collections
Landlord/Tenant
Criminal
Social Security

• Complete Living Wills and Durable Power of Attorney- Meet with a lawyer and notary to complete living will and durable power of attorney. Consumers will walk away with completed forms.
• Marijuana Expungement Clinic- Meet with lawyer to learn about and complete marijuana expungements.  Consumers will walk away with the necessary forms to file to expunge their record.
• Information on Sealing of Records-Meet with court staff to learn about sealing criminal records. Consumers will walk away with the necessary information to file to seal a criminal record.
• Law Library Resource Center- Maricopa County Superior Court staff can assist with court forms and provide guidance and information about free or low-cost legal resources available in the community.

Tucson- No registration, first-come, first serve basis In Tucson Mall (JC Penney court near FYE and Old Navy - just off center court).

Legal Consultations- Brief, 15-minute legal consultations in the areas of:

Bankruptcy/Collections
Criminal/DUI
Elder Law
Estate Planning
Family Law
General Civil Litigation
Probate
Employment Law
