AI is coming for lawyers. Whether it’s Chat GPT, virtual assistants, or other new technology, lawyers are at risk. Join the CLE Performer Stuart Teicher, Esq., as he explores the never-ending problems with the hottest technologies. In this program, Mr. Teicher will:

• Teach that Chat GPT is an Large Language Model, and explain what that means for lawyers (Competence, Rule 1.1)
• Reveal the ethical hotspots like confidentiality, safeguarding client property, and supervision
• Explore the problems with the “reasonable expectation of privacy” standard
• Review what lawyers need to understand about deep fakes
• Discuss the ethical issues with the metaverse (Rule 8.4)
