Jeffrey M. Neff  has been certified as a Real Estate Specialist since 1986 by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization.  Jeff's practice has emphasized all aspects of real estate law, including real estate litigation and transactions.  He also has experience practicing as an attorney in estate planning, wills, probate and trusts, along with business consulting: Bankruptcy, workouts, and entity formation including LLCs.  He has authored articles on real estate and taught seminars for the legal and real estate community.
