How does the Drop In Session Work?  You will join us in a virtual meeting where you will wait in the waiting room until an administrator can speak with you.  You will briefly describe the type of assistance you seek and will be moved into a breakout session with one of our Member Assistance Council members (current volunteers are: Chris Feasel, Dawnese Hustad and Caryl Maniscalo).  In order to accommodate as many members as possible, interactions will be limited to approximately 10 minutes.  Your name and contact information will not be visible to any other person. At no time will you be visible to another SBA member who is also seeking assistance.

Can I ask for more information/assistance after the Drop In Session?  You may ask the volunteer to provide you additional information after the drop in session at your discretion.  Additional resources are available on the SBA website including access to the Peer Support Network, Support Groups and 12-step programs, Crisis Hotlines, and  Resources on Lawyer Wellbeing.
