    Nominating Committee

The Arizona Supreme Court amended Rule 32, Rules of the Supreme Court, which governs the State Bar of Arizona.  The Rule changes became effective January 1, 2017.  One of the changes established a Nominating Committee of the Board of Governors.

The Committee is chaired by the Board Advisor (FKA the immediate past president).  The Board Advisor, with the assistance of two or more Governors chosen by the State Bar President, will lead the Committee to recruit, recommend and nominate candidates for the offices of President-Elect, Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer of the Board of Governors.
