The State Bar of Arizona no longer has an ethics committee that issues formal ethics opinions. If you would like to request a formal ethics opinion, please contact the Arizona Supreme Court's Ethics Advisory Committee.

Counsel are reminded that the Rules of Professional Conduct may have been amended or revised since an opinion was issued. The same applies for any statutes or case law cited in ethics opinions.
