Biography
Frank Powers is a Certified Specialist in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation through the State Bar of Arizona, Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Powers has been a Certified Specialist since 2009. Mr. Powers devotes his law practice to representing clients who have been seriously injured or who have lost loved ones due to the wrongful conduct or negligence of others.
Mr. Powers earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Arizona State University in 1986. In 1990, Mr. Powers graduated cum laude from John Marshall Law School in Chicago Illinois. While at John Marshall Law School, Mr. Powers also served as an Executive Editor of the Law Review. Mr. Powers' over 29 years of trial experience in Arizona has gained him recognition by his peers as a premier plaintiff's trial lawyer and an AV Rating by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. In 2009, Mr. Powers was honored to be selected by his peers to be listed in The Best Lawyers in America and has continued to be listed since that time.
Mr. Powers is a member of several professional trial associations and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a professional organization recognizing accomplishments of lawyers winning multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for their clients. He has also been a presenter at seminars.
