Finance & Audit Committee

Mission

The Finance & Audit (F&A) Committee oversees the budgeting process, recommends financial decisions to the Board, monitors compliance with the Bar's financial policies in relation to the budget, the five-year vision, and other Board policies. The F&A Committee also oversees the audit process and is responsible for recommending an audit firm to the Board, setting its compensation, and overseeing the auditor's activities. It is also responsible for oversight of the Bar's Antifraud Programs and Controls.
